Nila Announces Arina 400 and Nila 150 LED Light Kits
Nila, Inc., a manufacturer of high-intensity LED lighting fixtures for film, broadcast, high-speed capture and sports production since 2008, announced two new fixtures on August 9, 2023: the Arina 400 and the Nila 150. According to a report published that day by trade outlet Newsshooter, both products were set to begin shipping to dealers on September 1, 2023, adding a higher-output point source and a compact soft light to Nila's flicker-free LED range.
The Arina 400 is a 5,600K daylight fixture rated at 48,000 lumens while drawing 400 watts, with a Deluxe Kit priced at $4,499 USD that bundles six holographic film lenses for beam-shaping plus a speed-ring for softbox mounting; it is built around a cold-forged aluminum, anti-corrosion housing, rated CRI Ra84, with a flicker rate below 0.00001%, and carries Nila's limited lifetime warranty. The Nila 150 is a 13.5-pound soft-light fixture rated at 20,000 lumens from 150 watts, color-tunable from 2,800K to 6,500K with CRI above 97 and a TLCI of 98, dimmable 0-100% without color shift, and its Bi-Color Kit is priced at $1,599 USD with a five-year warranty.
