TVU Networks to Broadcast Live from the Show Floor at Mediatech Africa 2026
TVU Networks announced on June 26, 2026 that it will broadcast live from the show floor at Mediatech Africa 2026, running June 30 to July 2 at the Kyalami Grand Prix Circuit in Johannesburg. The activation centres on a dedicated broadcast pod in Hall 1 built entirely on cloud-based IP workflows using TVU One, TVU Anywhere, TVU Producer and TVU Channel, with no satellite uplink or outside broadcast truck required.
Exhibitors will be able to book free 20-minute interview slots to reach audiences beyond the show floor, and TVU will present a session titled "The Hybrid Future of Live Distribution" on June 30. "Rather than simply exhibiting, we wanted to go live and put the technology to work," said Dheshnie Naidoo, TVU Networks' Regional Director for Africa.
